The kitchen staff if great and I've never had a bad meal, just poor service.
I asked for an order without cheese, when it came back covered in cheese they just scraped some off and gave it back to me. Then my wife spotted a mouse a few booths over. I used to love this place as a kid, but now I never plan on returning.
Very poor service. Very rude. We didnt even get to eat. Definitely would not recomend this plave. So sad because we love Friendlys
Great experience today the, Ft. Washington location. Hostess was so very nice and catered to my urgency. Was intending on dinning in, but lunch time was running short and had to get to work, so I decided to order to go! Hostess was able to recommend all the lunch items to order that would get me back to work on time. By the way the crispy chicken salad was absolutely delicious! I recommend it!
Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. I called a month and a half ago to set up lunch for our first grade class trip. I talked to the assistant manager. She said she put it on their calendar and everything would be good. I called last Wednesday to give food orders so that when we arrived they would already have our order. The person who answered the phone said they wouldn't accommodate us and I asked for the manager to call me back. I left my name and number. Never got a return phone call and from what others are saying after I told them what happened, they weren't surprised! Go to the Friendly's on Germantown Pike. They are awesome!!!!!
The wait here is always bad. Over 15 min just to be acknowledged when there was very little customers. Long time to order food and for drink refills. Paying the check was over 30 min wait. I work close by and the food is great but I have to stop going because it always takes 2 hours to eat there.
